What I did on Friday using Essie and a fluorescent yellow polish by Kleancolor
Bummed is the word… Not too happy because my pinky nail and accent nail started chipping. I don’t know what I am doing wrong because my polish isn’t lasting long. This has happened before. It hasn’t even been 24 hours. I am using a base top and a good top coat so I don’t know, if you have any suggestions please lemme know. I picked up this Fergie Wet N Wild polish yesterday, I actually am not feeling all the colors because I don’t think they stand out that much except for the black/gold glitter one and the one I picked up. This model is called Take the stage. This is a glitter polish that reflects a pink or purple appearance with sprinkles of silver glitter. I used Sally Hansen silver “Celeb City” polish first and then covered it with the polish, it is suffice for me at the moment….
Another post I forgot yesterday is some polishes I picked up last week. I went into a store called Beall’s Outlet in attempt to find some church shirts for my lil guy (I did get them) and passed their beauty section. I found two sets of Color Club packs on the sale rack for $9.99 +40% off (sticker said compare to $37) dubble u oh dubble u
WOW. The colorful one is the Poptastic collection and the glitter one is from Vixen Glitter Collection. Good things do come to those who wait because the last time I was in there one bottle was missing from the pack and I decided not to get it and then I went back in there and they were all gone. Last time the price was $14.99!
*I’ve added a tab on my blog for my Polish Stash, check it out when you get a few, maybe we can polish swap*
Sorry for this post being a day late, this was to be my Try It On Tuesday post but I got distracted. My first time using this NCLA polish I picked up last week when they had a promo going on, the site shopncla.com; I picked up 2 colors. This one is “Poolside Party! All eyes on me”. This one is more of a peachy color, the formula is very friendly and dries glossy IMO. “Dupe-Alert”, if you have China Glaze “Peachy Keen” it very much resembles it. This is two coats with Seche Vite on top. My accent nail bares a little orange graphic, I hope you recognize it. I’m happy it came out okay, orange you lol.
Who woulda thunk it, I sent a email to Zoya about doing reviews for their polishes and that I’m a polish fanatic along with my blog posts and boom they sent me a email saying they are adding me to their art of beauty group. No I’m not getting paid in monetary form, but I’m getting paid in the liquid form of lacquer. I received today 15 polishes plus a swatch pallet of the polishes from the Designer & Diva collection. I also got a code for a free polish with any Zoya.com purchase. I’m stoked to get this offer. Stay tuned for the swatches coming this week.

Hey peeps, I’m gonna get in on this “Try it on Tuesday” posts that AdventuresinPolishLand (shoutout to her 🙂 ) mentions in her Tuesdays posts!! I posted one of polishes in a previous pick up post which is the Boho Yellow Banana Republic lacquer. The purple polish is Nicole by OPI called Prized Possession Purple for my accent nail. Tuesday’s are for polishes you haven’t used yet so I’m gonna love Tuesdays from now on!! Hope you like my two for Tuesday today.
The BR polish is a little thick in formula but it dries nice and glossy. I do have one thin layer top coat of Seche Vite.
